Research

My research agenda seeks to examine two phenomenons (1) the ways in which major economic events - be they bilateral or multilateral agreements - impact civil conflicts and human rights (2) and how defense cooperation agreements impacts peace negotiations. I employ multi-method research strategies that build on interdisciplinary collaborations.
